We hope that you love our products and will find no reason to return them. 

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your product(s) then we are happy to provide an exchange or full refund within 7 working days upon receiving your goods.

Exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product(s) are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • The product(s) have not been used, worn, damaged or washed
  • You notify us within 7 working days upon receiving your goods
  • The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
  • The product(s) are faulty
  • The product(s) received are different to the goods you have ordered
 

 

WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND ON FULL-PRICED PRODUCT(S) IF: 

  • The product(s) are in original condition, with all tags attached
  • The product(s) have not been used, worn, damaged or washed
  • You notify us within 7 working days upon receiving your goods
  • The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
  • The product(s) are faulty
  • The product(s) received are different to the goods you have ordered

Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method. 

Returned product(s) will be refunded excluding the cost of postage.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S)

To apply for an exchange/refund, please email us at hello@botanicalfolk.co.uk with your original order details
as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase.  

Upon receiving the product(s), we will assess the request and if it satisfies our requirements we will offer an exchange or refund. If the product(s) does not satisfy our requirements the product(s) will be sent back to the recipient. 

Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s payment method. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the product(s) is deemed faulty. Return postage must be prepaid via traceable method (we recommend the ‘Signed For’ option with Royal Mail) to ensure safe and documented delivery.

BoTANICAL FOLK does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when posting returns or exchanges that meet the above required criteria, customers should select a service that provides tracking.
